As every fund differs slightly, we recommend checking with your provider to confirm your eligibility.

1. Ensure the motor is fully charged using the provided USB-C cable.
2. Press the silicone breast shield snugly against your breast, with your nipple centred and no air gaps.
3. Long press the power button to begin pumping - the timer will start automatically.
4. Short press the M button to switch between modes.
5. Use the + and – buttons to adjust suction strength based on comfort and milk flow.

Tip: Keep the pump upright and avoid tilting during use to maintain optimal suction.

Glow’s personalised flange fit kit (13mm–24mm) makes it easy to find your perfect size straight away — simply choose the insert that matches your nipple measurement plus 2mm.

C – Centre Nipple:

Your nipple should move freely in the tunnel without rubbing the sides.

O – Only a Little Areola:

Most of your areola should stay outside the tunnel — only a small amount should pull in.

M – Motion is Gentle and Rhythmic:

Your breast should move smoothly with each suction pull, not aggressively or unevenly.

F – Feels Comfortable:

You should feel a gentle tug, never pain or pinching.

Y – Yields Breast Milk:

Your breast should soften and feel emptied after pumping.

Before first use:

• Boil parts for 5 minutes or use a steam/microwave steriliser (motor not included)
  

After each session:

• Wash all milk-contact parts in warm, soapy water
  
• Let parts fully air-dry before reassembling

Tip: Avoid dishwashers. High heat can warp silicone and reduce suction performance.
