Damaged or Lost Orders
Bubka is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Any claims must be raised directly with the courier. Replacements may be issued at Bubka’s discretion.
Customers who purchased Transit Cover are eligible for expedited replacements or store credit for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels (claims must be made within 7 days of delivery).
Digital goods are delivered instantly. Bubka is not liable for download issues, but we’ll assist where possible if you experience technical difficulties.

Note - You have the option to cancel your order (including pre-orders) before the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, with a $10 processing fee applicable and another 10% fee if you used Afterpay. Once the parcel has been shipped, you will need to bear the associated costs, which include return shipping and the processing fee.
