Our Bubka Reusable Breast Milk Bags make storing, freezing and pouring your breast milk easy. Made from BPA-free, food-grade silicone, each bag holds up to 240ml and can be reused again and again.

1. STORE

• Pour expressed milk into a clean bag, seal and date it.
• Fridge: Up to 72 hours (5°C or colder).
• Freezer: Storage times vary depending on your freezer. See the ABA guide below.
• Leave space in the bag for milk to expand when frozen.

2. THAW

• Best option: Defrost overnight in the fridge.
• Need it sooner? Place the sealed bag in a bowl of warm water.
• Use refrigerated thawed milk within 24 hours of fully thawing.
• Never defrost on the kitchen bench or refreeze thawed milk.

3 FEED

• Pour into a clean bottle and offer bub a feed.
• Start with small amounts to avoid wasting milk.
• Discard any leftover milk after feeding.
