As a small Aussie business run by parents who get it, we’ve put together this page to make the process as clear and stress-free as possible.
We’re here to help! If your Bubka product isn’t quite right, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
- Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns on items that have been used — we hope you understand.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
To access a prepaid return label through our Returns portal, you’ll need to have added Redo Return Protection at checkout and paid the additional fee at the time of purchase. If Redo wasn’t selected at checkout, you’ll be responsible for organising and covering your own return postage. Please also send us your tracking confirmation before your return can be accepted and processed — this just helps us keep everything moving smoothly for you.
All sale items are final sale. We know that’s not always what people want to hear, so we want to be upfront about it — there are strictly no change-of-mind refunds, store credits, or exchanges on discounted items.
- Faulty items: If something isn’t right, please email us at support@bubka.com.au within 14 days of purchase with clear photos of the issue and we’ll do our best to help.
- Codes & promotions: Sale items cannot be combined with site-wide promotional or discount codes.
- Price adjustments: Sale pricing cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except where the item is faulty or we’ve made an error on our end. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request within 4 business days and follow up with you via email.
If you didn’t add Redo Return Protection at checkout, please organise your own return postage and send us your tracking confirmation before dropping it in the post — this helps us keep things moving quickly on our end.
We’re so sorry if your order has arrived damaged or gone missing — that’s really frustrating and we completely understand. Damaged or lost parcels need to be resolved directly with Australia Post or the relevant courier, as Bubka is unable to take responsibility for goods damaged in transit.
If you added Transit Cover at checkout, you may be eligible for an expedited replacement. Please reach out to us at support@bubka.com.au within 7 days of your expected delivery date and we’ll help get things sorted as quickly as possible.
We accept refund requests for unused products returned in their original condition within 7 days of purchase. Please note that refund requests are only considered for products with a confirmed manufacturing defect in the electric motor — we wish we could do more, but we hope you understand.

We want to be completely transparent about what’s deducted from your refund so there are no surprises. Here’s the full breakdown:
We’re unable to process refunds for: used products, products with no confirmed fault, damage caused by misuse or neglect, items purchased through third parties, or items that have been previously repaired. We know this might not always be the answer you were hoping for — please know it’s never a decision we take lightly.
Your warranty begins from the date you receive your order. It covers manufacturing defects in the motor and internal components. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, liquid damage, purchases made through third parties, or items that have been previously repaired or modified.
We’re so sorry you’re having trouble — let’s get it sorted. Please email support@bubka.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the fault. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

If you’ve received a Bubka pump as a gift and would like to register yourself as the warranty holder, just email us at support@bubka.com.au with the recipient’s details within 7 days of purchase and we’ll take care of it.
TBYB is available to new Bubka customers only — that’s anyone who hasn’t previously purchased a Bubka breast pump directly from bubka.com.au. Bubka reserves the right to verify eligibility and, if needed, cancel orders that don’t meet this requirement. We appreciate your understanding.
Your trial begins from the date your order is delivered. If you decide the pump isn’t right for you, simply return it with all original components included. Here’s what to expect:
If the product isn’t returned before your trial period ends, the full purchase amount will be automatically charged to your payment method. We’ll always send you a reminder before this happens.
Please note that promotional codes, discount codes, and store credits are not valid on TBYB orders. If you have any questions at all, we’re just an email away at support@bubka.com.au.
