Have you measured the size of your nipples?
Measure from the nipple base to the top of the nipple. When you start pumping, your nipple size may change, it's recommended that you choose the size of the flange which is 2mm larger. Also note that your left and right nipples may have different sizes, so please measure them both to get the exact size of them. See our Breast Pump Flange Size Guide.

I've really struggled with pumping in the past. I've found other pumps painful and overwhelming to set up and clean. The bubka pump allows me to multitask whilst pumping so it feels like less of a chore.
My main tips would be to make sure the breast plate is locked in so there's so leakage and to find the right suction setting, high suction doesn't necessarily provide the best output!
