As a Mum, you are working hard enough as it is!  We know that unexpected issues can arise with any product, and we want to make the process of addressing these issues as smooth as possible for you. 

As part of our commitment to providing the best possible service, we understand that a particular product may not always be suitable for everyone. We firmly believe that every body is unique, and individual circumstances vary greatly. Therefore, we would like to emphasise the importance of conducting thorough research and seeking guidance from a qualified lactation consultant before making any purchasing decisions.

Warranty Policy:

To make a warranty claim, please send an email to support@bubka.co with your order number and a description of the reason for your claim. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with the claim.
The warranty provided is limited in its coverage, extending solely to the original purchaser of the warranted products. Any subsequent owners, transferees, or beneficiaries are not covered by the warranty in the event of a transfer or gift of the product. The exception to this clause is if Bubka is informed of the gift recipient within a 7-day purchase window via support@bubka.co with their contact details.

The coverage duration for the product starts from the date of receipt by the original purchaser. If you need to submit a warranty claim, please refer to the coverage based on your purchase:

  • 12-month warranty for Bubka Double Breast Pumps
  • 6-month warranty for Bubka Single Breast Pumps

This warranty cover applies to the following:
  • Bubka products that contain batteries, such as Bubka wearable breast pumps and not the accessories
  • Normal wear and tear. Any damage caused by negligence, accidents, or liquid damage will not be covered
  • You must retain your original proof of purchase from bubka.com.au
  • You must provide  reasonable evidence, in the form of pictures/video. This will allow us to examine the product and determine whether it is covered by the warranty. Please send to support@bubka.co

Refund Policy:

By completing a transaction with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

    1. Eligibility for Refunds: We accept refund requests for unused products that are returned in their original condition, including packaging and accessories, within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests will only be considered for products that have a manufacturing defect with electric motor.
    2. Exclusions from Refunds: We do not offer refunds for products that have been used or where there are no issues with the product itself. Refunds will not be granted for products that have been damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or neglect on the part of the customer. We are unable to process refunds for products that were purchased from third-party seller. Once we have repaired or provided a replacement for a product, you cannot apply for another warranty for that particular item.
    3. You have the option to cancel your order (including pre-orders) before the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, with a $10 processing fee applicable and another 10% fee if you used Afterpay. Once the parcel has been shipped, you will need to bear the associated costs, which include return shipping and the processing fee.

Damaged or Lost Orders:

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of bubka.com.au.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

Amendment of Terms:

Bubka Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Users are advised to review these terms regularly before using our website to ensure they are aware of any changes. While we will endeavor to notify users of any significant or substantive changes where practicable, continued use of the website constitutes conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these terms, and your agreement that these terms govern the rights and obligations between you and Bubka Pty Ltd.

Limitation of Liability:

By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge and agree that Bubka Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage you may incur in connection with your use of the website. This includes, but is not limited to, errors or omissions in the information, products, or services provided, or any reliance placed on third-party content, links, comments, or advertisements.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk. Bubka Pty Ltd expressly disclaims all liability for any inaccuracies or errors, and you agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information obtained from this website meet your specific needs and requirements. Bubka Pty Ltd excludes liability for such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
