Got questions?

Is everything in the sale?

Almost everything. Move spare parts aren't included this time.

Do I need a discount code?

No code needed. Prices are already marked down.

When does the sale start and end?

It opens Thursday 5 November at 8pm AEDT and runs until Monday 30 November.

Can I use Try Before You Buy during the sale?

Not during the sale, sorry. Stock is limited, and pumps that have been trialled can't be resold for hygiene reasons. As a small Australian family business, we hope you understand.

How much is shipping and when will my order arrive?

Australia: free shipping on orders over $149, or $10 for orders under $149. Delivery takes 2–5 business days.

International: $40, with delivery in 12–15 business days.

Black Friday is our busiest time of year, so please allow an extra day or two.

How does the refund draw work?

Join the VIP list, then shop during early access. Every VIP early access order goes in the draw, and we'll refund 3 orders in full, up to $500 each. Full T&Cs apply.

Does my warranty start when I buy?

No. Your 12-month warranty starts from bub's date of birth, so it's safe to buy while you're pregnant. When bub arrives, just email support@bubka.com.au with your order number and bub's date of birth.

Excludes Move spare parts. Gifts while stocks last. Sale T&Cs apply.
